Pricing

One price.
Quoted for your wedding.

We talk first, then you get a single number sized to what you’re actually asking for — never a percentage of your budget. Paid once, before outreach begins, with the non-refundable portion named before you pay. You always sign and pay your vendors directly.

01
We talk first

Tell us about your wedding — the date, the place, the guest list, what matters most. No card, no commitment, and the planner's brief is free to explore before we ever speak.

02
One price, quoted for your wedding

You get a single number, sized to what you're actually asking for — not a percentage of your budget, not an hourly rate, and not a tier you have to squeeze yourself into. Part of it is non-refundable once paid, and we tell you exactly how much before you pay anything.

03
Ellie gets to work

Every venue and vendor pitched in parallel, the back-and-forth handled, your budget held. Nothing further to pay — once a vendor confirms, their direct contact details are released and you sign and pay them directly.

What your quote covers

Everything, for one number

There are no packages to choose between and nothing held back for a higher tier. Every couple gets the whole of Ellie; what varies is the size of the job, which is what we price on the call.

Your brief, refined with you on a real call
Every matching venue and vendor pitched in parallel
Negotiation on price, date and terms — handled for you
Unlimited vendor tracks: catering, photo, florals, music, officiant, cake, beauty, stationery, rentals
A guest-accommodation room block, arranged at no extra cost
Live coordination view — every reply and counter-offer as it lands
Day-of run sheet and morning-of vendor confirmations
Direct contact details and the introduction, released once a vendor confirms — for vendors Ellie sourced, that's the vendor's own confirmation
Start planning

Free to build your brief; a card on file ($0, never charged on its own) opens your venue matches. Nothing is due until we’ve talked and you’ve accepted a quote.

If plans change

Refunds follow the work

Part of your quote — the amount we name before you pay — is non-refundable the moment you pay it. The rest follows the work: Ellie’s system records when the first vendor email actually goes out, and the amount you’re owed back is set by where you are on that line — never by a judgment call.

To start a refund, email us. The amount is already computed — we’re not deciding it — and we process the payment back to your card within 5 business days of your request.

Before you pay
Your brief is set, no vendor contacted yet
Nothing is paid and you can browse all you want
Paid, before outreach
You've accepted your quote; Ellie hasn't reached out to a vendor yet
Refundable except the non-refundable amount named with your quote
Outreach begun
Ellie is pitching on your behalf and you're watching every reply land live
Your quote covers the work now under way; nothing further refundable
Vendor confirmed
You approved the deal — contact details are released
Nothing left to refund, and nothing more to pay
Before outreach: change everything

Date, city, guest count, the whole vision — edit your brief as often as you like, free. Couples change their minds; the brief is built for it.

After vendors are engaged: still free

Your date, guest count, budget, or vendor lineup can change at any point in the process, at no charge. Ellie carries the change through to every vendor already in the conversation.

The other half of the price

What you’ll never pay

A percentage of your wedding

Your fee never grows with your budget. A bigger wedding isn't a bigger invoice.

Payment processing

You pay every vendor directly, on their terms. Your money never routes through us.

Vendor commissions

No vendor pays us to be recommended. Ellie works for you, not for a listing fee.

Hourly anything

No clock running while Ellie negotiates. Your quote is the whole price.

A second invoice

One quote, paid once, before the work starts. Confirming a vendor never triggers another charge.

A failed-payment fee

If a card declines, we simply retry the invoice. A payment hiccup costs you nothing extra.

Questions

The fine print, plainly

Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because we'd have to make one up. A destination wedding for 200 and a courthouse ceremony with a dinner after are not the same job, and a published tier would either overcharge one or underserve the other. We quote your wedding after we've talked about it, and that number doesn't move.

What if I change my mind?

If Ellie hasn't started vendor outreach yet, you're refunded everything except the non-refundable portion of your quote — the amount we named before you paid. Once outreach has begun, your quote covers the work already done. There is never a second invoice to worry about.

Why is part of it non-refundable?

The consultation and the sourcing work happen before you see a single vendor reply — real hours, spent up front. That portion covers them. We tell you the exact figure with your quote, in writing, before you pay anything.

Why a flat quote instead of a percentage?

Traditional planners charge 10–20% of your budget, which means their fee grows every time yours does. A quoted price is fixed from the day you accept it, and there's never a dispute about what the “real” contract value was.

When exactly do I pay?

Once, before outreach begins. We talk, you get your quote, and you pay a single invoice. That's the last thing Ellie ever charges you — editing your brief afterward, even after vendors are engaged, is always free.

How do I pay my vendors?

Directly, on each vendor's own terms — their contract, their deposit schedule, their payment methods. Your money never routes through Ellie: the only thing Ellie ever charges you is your quote.

Start with the brief. It’s free.

Build your brief and see your venue matches before anything is due — just a card on file, at $0. We only talk price when you’re ready for Ellie to start real outreach.
